What information do we collect
During your initial contact via telephone, text, or email depending on how you contact us we will collect your name, address, and contact phone numbers. Then on your first driving lesson we will also collect in addition to these details your driving licence number.
External facing dashcams, which record images to both the front and rear of the car are used during driving lessons to record evidence to be used in the event of an insurance claim or police investigation.
How do we use this information
These details are used for the purposes of your driving lessons, and for purposes of booking and checking driving test details when required.
Paul’s Driving School respects your privacy of this information and will not disclose any of your details to any 3rd parties or other companies, unless required to do so for any lawful reason.
How long do we keep your personal data for
Your personal information will be stored by our company for the duration of your driving lessons and driving test, but once you have passed your test it is our company policy to remove your personal details from our records. However, company accounts records will be kept for at least 7 years.
